Great! You're extending your visit with a be•at VIP Experience. Here's what you can expect.

VIP tickets

You will find your VIP and parking tickets in your be•at VIP account. They contain all practical information, such as the location of the car park and the entrance and at what time you are expected to arrive.

VIP parking

Your be•at VIP Experience includes a parking space.

Are you coming with 2 to 4 people? Then you are entitled to 1 parking space.
Are you coming with 5 to 8 people? Then you are entitled to 2 parking spaces.
Are you coming with 9 to 12 people? Then you are entitled to 3 parking spaces.

We offer a spot in the car park that is most easily accessible by car and which is closest to the entrance to the VIP space.

Please note! In case of certain circumstances, such as big productions or major road works, we might exceptionally use a car park that is further away. In that case, there will be a shuttle service to the venue.

VIP access

You are welcome as of two hours before the start of the event, unless otherwise specified. You will be greeted by our hosts, who will show you to your places in the VIP lounge.
We provide a private table or space for each reservation. For reservations of only 1 or 2 tickets, we reserve the right to put multiple reservations at one table. Starting from 20 people, we provide tables in a separate zone.

Delicious food and beverages

Catering varies per event. Enjoy a diverse offer of drinks in the vip lounge: water, different sodas, as well as sparkling and normal wines.

Our personnel will serve you at your table. Food is usually offered at a buffet. Our servers will alert you when the buffet is opened. When a meal is offered during a be•at VIP Experience, our catering staff will always provide a meat, fish, and vegetarian dish.
