Tickets
Ordering tickets
Online
Buy your tickets only through the officially recognized channels: the Proximus Pop-Up Arena and Tele Ticket Service website. For some events you will be redirected to the Ticketmaster website.
At the box office
If an event is not yet sold out, you can buy tickets at the Proximus Pop-Up Arena box office before the event. Attention! There is an additional service cost of 2 euros per ticket for tickets bought at the box office.
By phone
Want to book by phone or have questions about your tickets? Please contact the Customer Experience Center. For reservations by phone, you should take into account a call charge of 0.30 euros per minute.
Ordering tickets for a group
Would you like to attend a show with your association or group of 20 people or more? No problem! At the be•at venues, groups are often offered great discounts on performances. You can find more information on our groups page.
Ticket prices including costs
The ticket prices listed on our website are the prices you actually pay when ordering online. These prices include the costs for online payment, service fees, the costs for delivery of electronic tickets and also the contribution for the free use of public transport.
Ticket fraud
Rogue ticket sellers
Do not buy your tickets from rogue resellers who offer tickets on the black market at higher prices. These tickets are often counterfeit, which means you will be denied entry to the venue.
Are you the victim of misleading practices, fraud or swindle? Report it to the federal government's Contact Point.
Delayed ticket dispatch
For most events, Tele Ticket Service and Ticketmaster do not send tickets until several weeks before the event. This is done to combat ticket fraud. By sending tickets only a few weeks before the event, reselling them at high prices on the black market becomes much more difficult.
